Rachel Pang is an experienced Game Producer and instructional designer with a strong background in developing educational content and managing teams. Currently at E-Line Media since August 2022, Rachel leads the development of 'Never Alone 2', overseeing a remote team of approximately 30 members and achieving a 100% approval rating. Previously at Shopify, Rachel produced multiple courses for leading partners and established accessibility guidelines for instructional materials. At Facebook, Rachel managed the complete ADDIE process for training materials and expanded the scope of content for designers across the company. Prior experience includes instructional design roles at Apple and Kamehameha Schools. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Northern Arizona University and a Master’s Degree in Learning Design and Technology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
