Briana Brooks, M.Ed, currently serves as the Talent Manager and Staff Engagement Officer at E.L. Haynes Public Charter School, a position held since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a 4th Grade Math Teacher at Perry Street Prep Public Charter School from August 2020 to November 2022, and as Lead Kindergarten & 1st Grade Teacher of Mathematics and Special Education at Ingenuity Prep from December 2018 to June 2020. Briana has also held various positions, including Communications Fellow at the DC Public Charter School Board, Student Teacher in Wake County Public School System, and several roles in retail, showcasing a well-rounded background in education and customer service. Briana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education, Mathematics from North Carolina Central University and a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration from Concordia University Irvine.
