Bettina Rausa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply planning and demand management. Currently serving as Manager of Supply Planning at E.L.F. Beauty since 2021, Bettina has also held the same title at Marcolin from 2017 to 2021. Prior to these roles, a significant tenure at Safilo from 1985 to 2017 included various positions such as Senior Demand Planner, Senior Supply Planner Analyst, Demand/Supply Planner, Finance Discounts & Commissions, and Customer Service Specialist. Bettina holds an Associate's Degree from Berkeley College-Woodland Park.
