Ying Zhou has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. YING began their career in 2001 as a Personnel Office Manager at Oushang, where they worked until 2004. YING then joined Auchan International Trading as an HR Manager, where they stayed for over a decade until 2015. In 2015, Ying Zhou joined e.l.f Cosmetics as an Associate HR Director and later became the HR Director in 2018.

Ying Zhou completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in English for International Trading at Shanghai University from 1995 to 1999.
