Kristen Savitsky has a diverse work experience in the marketing and creative services industry. Kristen started their career as a Marketing Manager at The Sawtooth Group from August 2008 to August 2009. Kristen then joined Bloomingdale's in August 2009 as an Account Executive. Kristen held various roles within the company, including Manager of Creative Services from September 2012 to June 2014, Director of Omnichannel Creative Services from June 2014 to February 2015, and Operating Vice President of Omnichannel Marketing Services from February 2015 to June 2019. In 2019, they transitioned to E.L.F. Beauty and worked as the Associate Vice President of Marketing Operations from July 2019. Kristen was then promoted to Vice President of Marketing Operations in December 2022.

Kristen Savitsky obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism/English from Lehigh University from 2004 to 2008. Kristen then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Strategic Public Relations at The George Washington University from 2008 to 2010.
