Shyamaladevi Natarajan is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in HR management spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Senior Manager - HR at EID Parry India Ltd since July 2018, Shyamaladevi has demonstrated expertise in strategic workforce planning, recruitment, and cost-saving initiatives through social media hiring.
