Pedro Maia has extensive experience in technical support and customer service, currently serving as the Inbound Support Team Manager at E-goi since March 2016, following a role as Helpdesk Support Assistant. Prior to this, Pedro worked at ManpowerGroup as a Meo - Apoio Técnico Inbound from January 2015 to February 2016, and similarly fulfilled the role at Talenter™ from February 2013 to December 2014, providing inbound technical support for Meo services, which include television, internet, and telephone. Pedro’s earlier experience includes a position as a Customer Support Assistant at EGOR, delivering commercial and billing support for PT Comunicações from October 2010 to May 2012. Educational qualifications include attendance at the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto.
