Archana Rajendran Nair has a work experience in human resources. Archana started working as a Recruiter at Habitoz in September 2019 and worked until September 2021. After that, they joined ALSAHER TELECOM as a Human Resources Assistant in October 2021 and worked until December 2022. Currently, they work as a Human Resources Officer at e& enterprise IoT & AI starting in December 2022.

Archana Rajendran Nair completed their Bachelor of Applied Science degree at Garden City University from 2014 to 2017. Archana also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from St. Joseph's College for Women, Alappuzha. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications including B2B Sales Foundations, Becoming Head of Sales: Developing Your Playbook, Certification Prep: SHRM-CP, Selling into Industries: Retail and Consumer Products, Strategic Human Resources, and Certified Recruiter. These certifications were obtained from institutions such as LinkedIn and Naukrigulf, with the most recent certification being Certified Recruiter obtained in May 2022.
