Shanna Crawford has extensive experience in customer service and logistics, currently serving as a Relocation Consultant at E.E. Ward Moving & Storage since September 2014, where Shanna focuses on making the moving process as stress-free as possible. Shanna also has a long-standing role as Event Staff at COA Cheer & Dance, responsible for tabulation, registration, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Previously, Shanna worked as an Executive Assistant at Spartan Logistics, supporting the company president, and as a Resident Manager at New Life Properties of Ohio, managing resident needs and property leasing operations. Educational background includes advanced studies at Otterbein University and a High School Diploma from Grove City Christian School.
