Matilda Wassgren started their work experience in 2008 as an Office Assistant at Sjösportskolan Swedish Maritime Academy, where they assisted customers in the reception, managed customer service, organized events, and wrote email newsletters. Matilda then worked as an E-commerce Project Coordinator at Sattwa Herbs in 2017, where they coordinated a trade fair booth, created content for the e-commerce store, and improved the email marketing strategy. In 2018, Matilda became a Marketing Assistant at FILLit AB, helping small and medium-sized businesses create loyal customers and drive conversions. Their primary tasks involved designing, automating, and analyzing email and mobile marketing campaigns. Currently, Matilda is working as a Technical Digital Analyst at e-dialog starting in 2022.

Matilda Wassgren has a diverse education history spanning various institutions and fields of study. Matilda began their education at Öckerö Gymnasieskola, where they obtained their High School Diploma in Social Sciences from 2007 to 2010.

Matilda then enrolled at Lund University, where they pursued Comparative Literature from 2011 to 2012. Following this, they attended Language Studies International Paris in 2012 to study French language and culture. In 2013, they returned to Lund University to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Development Studies with a major in Human Geography, which they completed in 2016. During their time at Lund University, Matilda also briefly studied Project Management and Business Administration in 2013.

In 2020, Matilda attended Linnaeus University for a short period to study Project Management. Simultaneously, they enrolled at Medieinstitutet, where they obtained a Professional Specialization degree in Digital Analytics from 2020 to 2021.

Matilda has also acquired additional certifications to enhance their skills. In October 2020, they received the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google. In May 2021, they completed a course on creating and delivering engaging presentations from LinkedIn.
