Sudhanthiradasan R has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Sudhanthiradasan is currently working as a Senior Project Engineer at e-con Systems since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at HCL Technologies where they held the position of Lead Engineer from September 2018 to February 2021. Before that, they served as a Member Technical Staff at HCL Technologies from April 2016 to September 2018. Sudhanthiradasan also has experience as a Junior Programmer at HardCube IT Consultancy Pvt Ltd from March 2014 to April 2016.

Sudhanthiradasan R started their education journey in 1995 at C.S.I Corley Primary School. Sudhanthiradasan attended this school until 2002 when they completed their primary education. From 2002 to 2009, Sudhanthiradasan continued their studies at C.S.I Corley Higher Secondary School, completing their secondary education during this period. In 2009, they enrolled at Jerusalem College of Engineering - India, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering. This educational journey spanned from 2009 to 2013, culminating in Sudhanthiradasan completing their B.E degree in their field of study.
