Mark Duchesne is an experienced product owner and project management professional within the Ministry of Health at BC Public Service, contributing significantly to the Enrolment Stream and OneHealthID initiatives since April 2020. Prior roles include senior project management analyst and project management analyst, where responsibilities encompassed project lifecycle management, strategic alignment with Ministry goals, and communication direction for multiple committees. Mark has also worked as a police call taker at E-Comm 9-1-1, led cycling tours as a trip leader for Backroads, and held various positions in project management and business analysis. Mark holds a Master of Global Business from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Classics and Philosophy from Ave Maria University.
