Mohammad Nasir currently serves as the Director of Operations at E-BEAM Services Inc. since September 2023 and is the Founder of Oratio LLC, focusing on public speaking education and organizational fundraising since December 2019. Previously, Mohammad held various roles at Stryker from August 2014 to November 2022, culminating as Manager of Continuous Improvement, where responsibilities included deploying lean manufacturing practices and managing cost improvement initiatives. Additional experience includes operations management at Avionic Instruments, significant engineering internships, and teaching assistant roles at Rutgers University. Mohammad holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University and has demonstrated expertise in operational efficiency, lean methodologies, and leadership in complex manufacturing environments.
