Vasunath Rao has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment across various industries, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition specialist at e&e IT Consulting Services, Inc. since June 2018. Prior to this role, Vasunath owned Shivtek, providing direct and contract recruitment services to tier 1 and tier 2 vendors from January 2002 to October 2016. As General Manager at SLK Software from April 2012 to March 2016, Vasunath established a large onsite/offshore recruitment team, significantly increasing headcount while reducing vendor reliance. An earlier tenure as AVP - Recruiting & Resourcing at Nous Infosystems involved building operations and leading high-volume recruitment processes. Vasunath also held the title of Director - Global Recruiting and Resourcing at iGate Mastech, focusing on resource pool development, and started a career in marketing management at Computer Point from 1985 to 1989.
