Victor Alvado Benitez is a skilled Bridge Engineer with extensive experience in structural engineering and project management. Currently serving at Leonhardt, Andrä und Partner Beratende Ingenieure VBI AG since February 2020 within the International Bridges Department, Victor previously held the role of Structural Engineer at AECOM, contributing to significant projects such as the Thames Tideway Tunnel. Additionally, Victor has chaired the Young Members Group at e-ACHE since July 2017 and worked as a Freelance Civil Engineer, focusing on pavement rehabilitation and parking area design. Early career internships at GIADE and APIA XXI provided hands-on experience in load testing and technical supervision for various engineering projects. Victor holds an MSc in Structures, Foundations and Materials from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and a MEng in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Cantabria.
