Shelie Leverett-Johnson, ITP, currently serves as Training Manager at RENFROE® since April 2005, where responsibilities encompass analyzing training needs, developing programs for insurance adjusters, and overseeing various educational initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and claim handling performance. Previous roles included Training Development Specialist and Independent Adjuster, Manager & Trainer, contributing to program design, delivery of certification training, and involvement in disaster response efforts. Prior to RENFROE®, Shelie worked at Lone Star Fuel Injection from November 1994 to April 2005, advancing from an entry-level position to General Manager, overseeing multiple departments and managing customer and vendor accounts. Shelie holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
