David Tran has been an Electrical Engineer since 2020, working for both DZYNE Technologies and Bird. Prior to this, they were an Embedded Systems Engineer and Electrical Engineer at AEM Performance Electronics from 2011 to 2020. During their time at AEM Performance Electronics, they managed a team of 3, performed circuit design and analysis for both analog and digital circuitry as well as power electronics, and troubleshot and repaired $100K worth of faulty goods. David also simplified programming of the ECUs by developing a custom flash programmer application in C#. Before this, they were a Computer Engineering Student at Cal State Long Beach from 2008 to 2011.

David Tran received their Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from California State University, Long Beach in 2012. David then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from the same university, which they completed in 2015.
