Freddy Quezada is a seasoned professional in recruitment and account management, currently serving as Team Lead for Recruiting Enterprise Solutions at DZConneX, specializing in recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) for PPG Industries since May 2021. With extensive expertise in full cycle recruiting, Freddy has developed and executed tailored talent acquisition strategies. Previously, Freddy held the roles of Ethics Officer and Talent Acquisition Partner at DZConneX, focusing on high-volume recruitment in production and manufacturing sectors. Prior experience includes managing a diverse portfolio of over 110 hotel client accounts as Account Manager at Booking.com from January 2017 to September 2020, achieving notable revenue generation in the Orlando Metro Market.
