Manmohan Das is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the recruitment sector. Currently serving as the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at Dyson since May 2023, Manmohan has successfully scaled the team at Dyson's Global IT Centre-India from 7 to 97 within a year. Previously, Manmohan held the position of Deputy General Manager at Randstad Sourceright, focusing on talent acquisition for VOIS - GCC India. Prior roles include Recruitment Manager at AgileOne and Huawei Technologies India Pvt Ltd, as well as various positions in client relationship management and recruitment across several firms.
