Heather Eaves has extensive experience in application support and quality assurance, currently serving as an Application Support Lead and previously as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Innovative Management Concepts, Inc. since April 2020. At DYONYX, Heather has worked as a Tier 2 Analyst and Quality Assurance Analyst since September 2016. Prior to these roles, Heather contributed to customer care at West from February 2008 to December 2015. Heather Eaves holds a high school diploma from Tate High School.
