Thomas Batchelor is an accomplished engineering professional with a diverse background in systems and mechanical engineering. As the Systems Engineering Lead at Dynisma since June 2022, Thomas previously held positions as a System Engineer. Prior experience includes roles at Rolls-Royce as a System Design Engineer and at Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S) where Thomas progressed from Engineering Manager to Graduate Mechanical Engineer. Thomas has also gained valuable experience through various placements, including Design Engineering roles at Williams Advanced Engineering, Renault Sport Racing, and Jankel, all part of the DE&S Graduate programme. Thomas's foundational experience includes work as a Vibration Engineer at RWE and managerial roles at McDonald's. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Explosive Ordinance Engineering from Cranfield University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the West of England.
