Paul Mumby-Croft has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Paul started their career as a Student Scientist at The Home Office in 2002, where they worked until 2003. Paul then moved on to The Nuclear Industry, where they held the position of Technology Manager/Nuclear Physicist from 2008 to 2012. In 2012, Paul joined Dynex Semiconductor Ltd as an R&D Principal Engineer, leading a team of engineers in the Power Electronics Packaging Department. In 2019, they were promoted to the role of IGBT Module Process Engineering Manager at Dynex Semiconductor Ltd.

Paul Mumby-Croft completed their education in the field of physics, with a strong focus on nuclear physics. From 2000 to 2004, they attended the University of Surrey, where they pursued a degree in Physics with Satellite Technology. Following this, they enrolled at the University of York from 2004 to 2008 to pursue a Ph.D in Nuclear Physics.
