Ravichandran Nammalwar has extensive work experience in material management and purchasing roles. Ravichandran started their career as a Purchasing Manager at Mansco fluidek (p) Ltd from May 2000 to January 2004, where they were responsible for purchasing and monitoring raw materials and bought outs for the assembly of hydraulic power cylinders.
In 2004, they joined Cethar Ltd as a Sr. Manager /AGM - Industrial Boiler /Captive Power Plant Bought out in charge. Ravichandran'sresponsibilities included sourcing major bought outs such as boiler feed pumps, control valves, safety valves, and coal and oil burners.
Ravichandran then worked as an Assistant General Manager - Purchase at Cethar Ltd from March 2012 to February 2017. In this role, they developed and executed purchasing strategies, tracked key metrics to reduce expenses, and sourced power plant equipment.
In 2017, Ravichandran joined Dynepro Pvt Ltd as the Deputy General Manager - Purchase and later became the Head of Material Management. Ravichandran'sresponsibilities included developing, executing, and leading purchasing strategies, tracking functional metrics, and monitoring logistics movement.
Throughout their career, Ravichandran has demonstrated skills in vendor development, budget control, forecasting, risk management, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient operations.
Ravichandran Nammalwar's education history begins in 1982 when they attended SRN Govt Hsc School-Tiruthangal-Tamilnadu for their Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) studies. Ravichandran completed their HSC in 1984. Following this, from 1984 to 1988, Nammalwar pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Coimbatore Institute of Technology. In 1989, they enrolled at Annamalai University and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) in the field of Business Administration and Management, General in 1990.
