Mads Nielsen currently serves as the Head of Engineering at Dynelectro, focusing on elektrolyse, P2X, and SOE systems since September 2023. Prior to this role, Mads held the position of Head of Technology and R&D at AquaGreen, specializing in intelligent and sustainable biomass treatment from May 2021 to September 2023. Mads has extensive experience in the cement industry as the Global Product Line Manager for Cement Pyro Technology at FLSmidth from January 2018 to May 2021, and has previously served in various roles at FLSmidth and other organizations, including Dall Energy as a Project Manager and TK Energi as Gasification Group Manager. Mads began a career in the energy sector with Maersk Oil, contributing as a Production Engineer and Well Service Trainee, and has a military background as a Lieutenant in The Danish Navy. Mads holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Engineering from Svendborg Marine Engineering School.
