Eddie Lopez, CSM, CSPO has a wealth of experience in IT project support, QA analysis, customer service, senior test engineering, and quality assurance engineering. Eddie began their career in 1996 as a Programmer/Analyst at Excelis/Lomas Information Systems, followed by a Senior Programmer/Analyst role at Nims Associates, Inc. in 1997. In 1999, they worked as a SAS Programmer/Analyst at The Associates and then as a Senior Quality Assurance UAT/SIT Tester at Oncor/TXU Electric in 2000. In 2003, they worked as a Senior SAS Programmer/Analyst at Fort Worth Technologies/BNSF and then returned to Oncor/TXU Electric in 2004 as a UAT Release Manager, Defects Coordinator, Business Analyst & Quality Assurance. From 2012 to 2019, Eddie worked as a Sr Quality Assurance Engineer at Fidelity Investments, followed by a Customer Service Representative role at Lennar in 2020. Eddie currently works as an IT Project Support Specialist and QA Analyst at Dynatron Software, Inc.
Eddie Lopez, CSM, CSPO has a diverse educational background. Eddie obtained their Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences, General and Computer Information Systems from DeVry University in Irving, TX between 1986 and 1989. Eddie then obtained several certifications from LinkedIn and Udemy: Online Courses in 2020 and 2022, including Customer Service at Your First Retail Job, Customer Service in the Field, Customer Service: Handling Abusive Customers, Customer Success Management Fundamentals, Listening to Customers, and Active Listening Masterclass, among others. In 2021, they obtained a Sigma Iota Epsilon - Sigma Zeta Chapter Member certification from The University of Dallas. Eddie is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration from The University of Dallas, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
