Ted Truong is an experienced operations and client services professional with significant expertise in market research and workforce management. Currently serving as Ops Enablement Sr. Manager at Dynata since April 2013, Ted has advanced training programs and optimized survey router traffic while developing productivity roadmaps. Previously, Ted held various leadership roles in client services, including VP and Director positions, where accomplishments included achieving substantial revenue growth and refining operational processes. Ted's career began at Research Now SSI as a Client Services Manager, and earlier roles included Project Manager at Nippon Express and Student Assistant at UC Davis. Ted holds a B.A. in Communication and International Relations, with a minor in Sociology, from the University of California, Davis, and has furthered education at The University of Georgia and The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
