Zamin Shah is a seasoned professional in polymer chemistry and technical service with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist in Special Products Development at Dynasol Group since March 2017, Zamin specializes in the synthesis and scale-up of SBR and NBR polymers through emulsion polymerization, along with application development and technical support. Prior roles include Senior Scientist TS&D at Lion Elastomers LLC and Technical Manager at Ashland Performance Materials, where Zamin established a technical service laboratory and provided critical support for various applications. Educational achievements include an MSc in Chemistry from the University of the Punjab and advanced studies in Emulsion Polymerization and Latex Technology from Lehigh University, along with additional coursework at the University of Wisconsin and Wichita State University.
