Chad Merwin has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Chad began their career as a Senior Associate at EBS & Associates, LLC in 1999 and stayed with the company for ten years. Chad then joined Commercial Properties, Inc. as a Senior Vice President in 2009.

In 2013, Chad became a Co-Founder of Firefly Ventures Group, a company that raised funds for technology companies and established its own RIA Brokerage ARM. During this time, they also worked as a Business Consultant for Mobile Authentication Corporation, which owned exclusive patent rights for the US Financial Services Industry, and DynaPass Inc., a provider of patented mobile two-factor authentication solutions.

In 2015, Chad took on the role of a Board Member at SecureAds, Inc., an innovative solutions provider for marketing. SecureAds used two-factor authentication technology to display ads when users accessed systems protected by DynaPass. Chad's experience at SecureAds involved ensuring compliance with government security regulations in industries handling sensitive data.

Throughout their career, Chad Merwin has demonstrated expertise in technology, security compliance, and fundraising for technology companies.

Chad Merwin attended Arizona State University from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate.
