Barbara B. has been working in the corporate world since 2008. Barbara began their career at Technicolor as President Connected Home Americas and President of LATAM. In 2017, they moved to Wistron Neweb Corporation and assumed the role of General Manager Latin America & Senior Vice President Business Development Americas, managing business development, sales and strategy and leading the company to penetrate their first Tier one cable customer. In 2018, Barbara became Executive Vice President at Greenwave Systems Inc. Barbara then held dual positions at DynamoEdge and Gravetti in 2020, serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman & CEO, respectively.

Barbara B. has attended Harvard Business School, where they studied Aligning Sales and Strategy, and Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires'.
