Laura Weel has extensive experience in the field of pedagogical coaching and training, currently serving as a pedagogisch coach VIB at Dynamo since November 2013, specializing in video interaction guidance to support children's development. In this role, Laura also conducts foundational training for pedagogical staff and acts as an internal facilitator for educational institutions in Amsterdam, focusing on early identification of care needs in children. Previously, Laura worked at TintelTuin as a pedagogical coach and trainer, and held roles at OCK het Spalier and IOBK De Basseroet, where collaboration with parents and support for young children were prioritized.
