Hilal Erener is currently employed as a Dynamo Secretaresse at Dynamo since June 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Basic Fit Gastvrouw at Basic-Fit from September 2021 to 2022, and as a specialized pedagogical employee at Kinderopvang de Kinderkamer from August 2017 to August 2018. Hilal completed education at Summa, earning a degree in Management Assistent with a focus on Business Economics from 2020 to 2022, and is currently pursuing higher vocational education in Vliegpersoneel at Tio Business School, which began in January 2022.
