Tom Snyder is an experienced moldmaker, caster, sculptor, and painter with a career spanning several decades. Currently contributing to Reelart Studios since August 2007, Tom oversees various projects from sculpting to casting. At Plastic Earth, Tom has specialized in creating custom heads for action figures, commissioned by private collectors, since January 2005. Concurrently, Tom has worked with Dynamic Forces, producing prototypes for over ten years, ensuring projects are factory-ready from conception to execution. As the owner of Joy and Tom Studios since June 1983, Tom manages a full range of creative services, collaborating closely with lead sculptor Joy Snyder. Previous experience includes sculpting and painting lifesize Disney figurines from 1996 to 1998. Tom Snyder holds an Associate of Arts degree in Fine Art from Ringling College of Art and Design, earned between 1980 and 1983.
