Mr. Pratik G. Dhamande has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Mr. Pratik is currently working at Dynamisch as a Senior Software Engineer since September 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Software Engineer at Dynamisch, where they gained hands-on experience with tracking tools like Jira and project management tool Trello.

Before joining Dynamisch, Mr. Dhamande worked at Nucleosys Tech as a Software Developer from January 2021 to September 2021. Mr. Pratik also served as a Software Engineer at Montek Tech Services Pvt Ltd. from December 2019 to December 2020, where they contributed to the design, development, and installation of software solutions.

Earlier in their career, they worked at Gatitaa Technology Private Limited as a Php Developer from September 2018 to November 2019. In this role, they were responsible for writing clean and well-designed code, producing detailed specifications, and collaborating with the development team.

Through their various roles, Mr. Pratik G. Dhamande has gained expertise in software engineering, project management, and PHP development.

Mr. Pratik G. Dhamande completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Project Management from Dr. D. Y. Patil Institute of Technology in Pimpri, Pune, from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology (IT) from Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University in Amravati, from 2013 to 2018.

In terms of secondary education, Mr. Dhamande completed their 12th grade from Model High School between 2011 and 2013. Before that, they finished their 10th grade from Mpl High School in the academic year 2010-2011.

Additionally, Mr. Dhamande has obtained certifications in Oracle PL/SQL from Naresh i Technologies in October 2022 and in ASP.NET from Eatkin in January 2016.
