Robert Lauer serves as a Senior Exercise Analyst at Dynamis, Inc. since October 2021, bringing extensive experience in emergency preparedness and continuity planning. Previously, Lauer worked as an Emergency Preparedness/Continuity Consultant for General Dynamics Information Technology, providing support for FEMA's National Continuity Program. Lauer has also held various roles in emergency preparedness within the United States Senate and served as a Police Commander for the City of Greenbelt, Maryland, focusing on homeland security and response training. Lauer's background includes military service as a Sergeant in the 75th Ranger Regiment and certifications in active shooter response and police instruction. Lauer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
