Gal Goffer is an experienced leader in software development with a strong background in managing agile teams and driving product lifecycles. Currently serving as Site Integration Leader and Development Lead at Dynamic Yield since April 2020, Gal previously held positions including Development Team Lead at Infinidat and R&D Team Leader at AT&T, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing teams in areas such as Big Data, Cloud Services, and VoLTE. Gal has a proven track record in recruitment, employee development, and fostering a culture of quality. Additionally, Gal possesses extensive technical expertise in Java development, telephony applications, and database management, alongside a solid foundation in C++ and technical support roles at several previous companies, including Ceedo and the Ministry of Environmental Protection. Gal holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Environmental Studies from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
