David Cordoba is a Sr. Project Manager at DYNAMIC US INC., overseeing general contractor work in structural, façade, mechanical, electrical, and civil projects since January 2022. Previously, David served as a Senior Project Manager at The Pace Companies, focusing on mechanical scopes of work and subcontractor buyouts. Prior to that, David worked at MMC Contractors in various project management roles, where responsibilities included pre-construction reviews, purchasing strategies, and project scheduling. David's career began at Tube City IMS as a Project Engineer, providing support for project documentation and capital equipment purchases, and included a role as a Project Controls Associate at Black & Veatch. David also contributed to the Solar Decathlon 2011 project at Rutgers University, where structural data was compiled and SolidWorks drawings were reviewed. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Alternative Energy Systems from Rutgers University.
