Kelly Leerman is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades across various industries. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Consultant at BBSI since August 2017, Kelly specializes in strategic HR and organizational development for small to mid-sized companies in Northern Nevada and the Lake Tahoe region. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources for the City of Reno, Human Resources Manager for the City of Las Vegas, and HR Manager positions at TJX and LifePoint Hospitals, among others. Kelly holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Notre Dame of Maryland University and a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Maryland.
