Elaine Cheng started their work experience in 2015 at TD, where they initially worked as a Customer Service Representative from March 2015 to August 2016. Elaine then transitioned to the role of Financial Services Representative from August 2016 to August 2017.

In 2017, Elaine joined Dynamic Funds and worked as a Sales Associate from August 2017 to December 2020. Later, they took on the role of Inside Sales Representative from January 2021 and is currently employed in this position.

Elaine Cheng obtained their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management from Ryerson University. Elaine attended Ryerson University from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their degree, Elaine also obtained several certifications. In 2016, they completed the Investment Funds in Canada Course from the Canadian Securities Institute. In 2019, they obtained the Canadian Securities Course from the same institution. Recently, in March 2022, Elaine acquired the CAIA Fundamentals of Alternative Investing certification from the CAIA Association.
