Hayward Gillispie has over 30 years of experience in various leadership roles within the manufacturing industry. Currently serving as an Account Executive and Corporate Specialist at Dynamic Dies, Inc. since April 2019, Hayward previously held the position of Account Executive at Flint Group from March 2016 to April 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Production Manager at International Paper from December 2013 to February 2016 and Plant Manager at both WestRock Company from September 2007 to November 2013 and Georgia-Pacific LLC from August 1999 to September 2007. Earlier in the career, Hayward worked as a Supervisor at International Paper from June 1992 to August 1999.
