Maureen Miller is an experienced legal professional with a focus on corporate law, regulatory affairs, and compliance. Since March 2019, Maureen has served as the General Counsel and Regulatory Affairs Director at ¶Ù²â²Ô²¹¹ó±ô±ð³æ®, leading legal and regulatory initiatives. Maureen's extensive legal career includes significant roles as Principal & Attorney at Miller Law Group, Corporate Legal Counsel at Aclara, Sr. Business Attorney at Polsinelli Shughart, and Business Law Partner at Doster Mickes Law Firm. Earlier experience includes serving as General Counsel and CFO at Designer Color Systems, where Maureen managed legal and financial affairs during a significant growth period, and as Tax Manager CPA at Price Waterhouse, advising Fortune 500 companies on tax transactions. Maureen holds a Juris Doctor in Business, Accounting & Tax Law from St. Louis University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Business & Spanish from Fontbonne University.
