Guergana Burkel has worked in the field of Human Resources since 2006. Guergana began their career as a Psychologist at EHPAD in 2006. Guergana then moved on to become a Recruitment Consultant for Ellis Fairbank in 2007, and later an HR and International Recruitment Consultant in 2008. In 2010, they became an HR and Social Charges Assistant for Orange. Guergana then moved on to become an HR Referral for IGBMC in 2012, and an HR and Recruitment Assistant for ENGIE Solutions France in the same year. Most recently, they have been an HR Manager for Dynacure since 2021.

Guergana Burkel received their Master 2 in Management et Stratégie d’Entreprise from IESA in 2008 and their Master 2 (M2) in Psychologie, Cognition et Communication from Université Rennes 2 in 2004.
