Francesco Reddavide has a diverse work experience in the field of research and development. Francesco began their career as a Master Thesis Student at the National Nanotechnology Laboratory (CNR NANO), where they focused on the development of a microfluidic device for detecting biogenic amine-producing bacteria in wine samples.
Following this, Reddavide joined B CUBE (TU Dresden) as a PhD Student in the Dresden International PhD Program (DIPP), under the guidance of Prof. Yixin Zhang. Here, they worked on various projects including DNA-Encoded Dynamic Combinatorial Chemical Libraries and the development of a method for DNA-based fragment pair biosensors. Reddavide gained expertise in oligonucleotide synthesis, HPLC purification, UPLC-ESI-Mass-Spectrometry, DNA-encoded chemical libraries, Quartz Crystal Microbalance, BioLayer Interferometry, and bioconjugations of biomolecules.
Currently, Reddavide holds the position of Director of Research Development at DyNAbind GmbH, where they are responsible for leading research activities. Further information regarding this role is not provided.
Francesco Reddavide completed their education in a chronological order. Francesco started by earning a Bachelor's degree in Sanitary and Pharmaceutical Biotechnologies at the Università degli Studi di Bari from 2006 to 2009. Francesco then pursued a Master's Degree in Medical Biotechnology and Molecular Medicine from the same university, which they completed between 2009 and 2011. Finally, Francesco obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemistry from Technische Universität Dresden, where they studied from 2012 to 2016.
