Mel Muskovitz has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Senior Counsel at Dykema Gossett PLLC since 2003. In this role, Mel Muskovitz represents employers in various courts and administrative agencies on issues related to employment law, including claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and other significant federal statutes. Notably, Mel Muskovitz successfully obtained pre-trial dismissals in complex cases involving fraudulent misrepresentation and corporate governance disputes. Prior to this position, Mel Muskovitz was a partner at Pear Sperling Eggan & Muskovitz, P.C. from 1978 to 2003. Mel Muskovitz holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School, earned between 1968 and 1971, and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Michigan.
