Alain Motte has extensive experience in the manufacturing and supply chain sectors, currently serving as Site Director and Manufacturing & Supply Chain Director at DYKA France since June 2005. Prior to this role, Alain Motte worked at Hutchinson from September 2000 to June 2005, holding positions including Production Manager and Improvement Pilot, where efforts were focused on implementing a new production management system and leading initiatives such as 5S, SMED, and TPM. Alain Motte holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Industrial Engineering/Management from Icam - Institut Catholique d'Arts et Métiers and a Bac S with a specialization in Industrial Technology from LP Ozanam.
