Mathieu Bague has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Senior Lead Developer at DxO, which they have held since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at RTE Réseau de Transport d'Electricité for several years, where they held various roles. From 2017 to 2022, they were the Technical Manager for the software development project PowSyBl, an open-source Java framework for electrical system tools. Mathieu was also responsible for the open-source platform iTesla from 2016 to 2017, participating in development and writing specifications. Additionally, they served as the Technical Manager for the network study platform of RTE from 2012 to 2016, where they handled technical specifications, architectural choices, and studied the impact of hardware changes. Before joining RTE, Mathieu worked at Genigraph Alumni as a C++/Java Developer from 2008 to 2012. Mathieu also worked as a C++ Designer Engineer and a C++/Python Designer Engineer in 2008 and 2007, respectively. Mathieu started their career as a Stagiaire at the University of Montreal in 2006.
Mathieu Bague obtained a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Génie logiciel from lSIMA Clermont-Ferrand from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended IUT d'Orsay from 2002 to 2004, where they earned a DUT Informatique in Génie logiciel.
