Helen Fischer has extensive experience at DXC Technology, holding various leadership roles since February 1983, including Director of Project Standards, Governance & Execution, and America's Transition & Transformation Executive. Fischer has been instrumental in mergers and acquisitions, providing governance and execution support for transformations across multiple industries, including transportation. Prior roles at HPES involved leading IT events and client transformation management across sectors such as energy and entertainment. With a foundation in workplace services from HP, Fischer’s career encompasses program management, client delivery, and strategic leadership in complex service environments. Education was obtained at County College of Maryland and Charles County Community College.
