Massimo Petrilli currently serves as the Business Unit Manufacturing Director at DWS Systems since May 2021, having previously held the position of Business Unit Director at the same company. Prior to this, Massimo served as Chief Sales Officer at SISMA S.p.A. from 2016 to 2019, overseeing a budget of 55 million euros across the Laser Systems and Additive Manufacturing sectors and leading three commercial divisions, the Communication and Marketing department, and After Sales Service. Massimo's extensive experience also includes serving as General Manager at Askoll (2007-2016), Business Director at MASCHIO GASPARDO S.p.A. (2004-2007), International Key Account at Arneg Group (2000-2004), and Country Specialist at ESTEL Group (1999-2000). Massimo holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Padua, obtained in 1998.
