Shaun O'Leary has extensive experience in the water sector, currently serving as a Wastewater Principal Engineer at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water since October 2008. Throughout the tenure, Shaun has held several key positions including Capital Programme Manager, AMP6 Development Delivery Manager, Capital Design Manager, and Assistant Capital Delivery Manager. Prior to joining Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water, Shaun worked as a Senior Project Manager at Black & Veatch from 2007 to 2008 and at May Gurney from 2001 to 2007, also in the role of Senior Project Manager. Shaun's educational background includes studies at the University of South Wales.
