Philip Thomas is an experienced professional in the water management sector, currently serving as Upstream Losses and Data Provision Delivery Manager at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water since August 2020, previously holding roles such as Upstream Losses Operational Supervisor and Analyst. Prior to this, Philip spent nearly a decade at Aqualogic (WC) Ltd, managing projects focused on leakage strategy and water efficiency for Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water. Philip’s career commenced at RPS Group, progressing from Leakage Technician to Assistant Team Leader, emphasizing leakage detection, training, and health and safety compliance. Educational credentials include a BSc in Sports Development and Coaching from the University of Wales, Cardiff, along with additional qualifications in project management and water efficiency. Philip is currently pursuing a Lean Competency System degree in Leadership Knowledge & Practice at Cardiff University.
