Currently serving as Attractions Manager at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water, Mike oversees the Elan Valley Visitor Attraction, managing a diverse range of facilities and services that cater to over 200,000 visitors annually. Previous roles include Town Clerk and Responsible Financial Officer for Wareham Town Council, where management of community facilities and events contributed to the town's accolades, and General Manager for Monmouthshire County Council, where Mike successfully restored a significant town hall. Mike's early career includes various managerial positions within the National Trust and other tourism-focused organizations, showcasing a consistent commitment to enhancing visitor experiences and operational effectiveness. Mike holds a BSc Hons in Environmental Science and a Diploma in Management Studies from University College Worcester.
